The Decom Agent with Brown Hair is a part of Numbuh 86's Decommissioning Squad.
Appearances[]
In Operation: E.N.D., the Decommissioning Squad was sent to decommission Numbuh 1, unsuccessfully. He was stationed on Numbuh 99's ship, but they were run over by Numbuh 1 in his father's boat. He was next seen outside the Sector V Treehouse, alongside Numbuh 86 and other members of the squad. They were all struck by Numbuh 1's letter-shurikens, and the Decom Agent with Brown Hair was particularly distracted by the pain inflicted from the letter onto his hand. Numbuh 86 yelled at him while letting Numbuh 1 escape. He later appeared with the squad in Numbuh 274's office, cornering Sector V and witnessing the reveal of Numbuh 274's evil plan.
He also appears in Operation: G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S. where he was animalized alongside the rest of the Kids Next Door.
He was fighting Senior Citi-zombies on Moonbase in Operation: Z.E.R.O., where he presumably lost and was turned into a senior zombie as well. He later returned to normal after Grandfather's defeat.
He was last seen in Operation: T.R.E.A.T.Y., fighting against the Teen Ninjas.
