The Cursed necklace was a necklace infused with the curse of the Weredog. Its curse could only be stopped, by removing the necklace from its bearer. Mrs. Thompson was gifted this necklace by her ex-husband and always wore it until Numbuh 5 removed it.
History[]
After divorcing her husband, Mrs. Thompson received from him what appeared to be a beautiful necklace. The necklace turned out to be cursed and the whole thing was a revenge plot by her ex-husband. Under the necklace's influence, Mrs. Thompson turned into a Weredog and made her Honor Roll Students into weredogs as well, but forced them to keep it secret, even after Numbuh 5 learned that Valerie was a weredog (Operation: H.O.U.N.D.).
Mrs. Thompson kept her group of weredogs around and later turned Numbuh 5 as well. One night when Numbuh 5 had stolen Numbuh 4's homework, he followed her to their hideout and discovered the pack of weredogs. He managed to trick Mrs. Thompson into telling him that to stop the curse, he had to remove her necklace, which Numbuh 5 ultimately did. With the curse lifted, Mrs. Thompson brought the necklace to class and gave a lecture on her experience (Operation: D.O.G.H.O.U.S.E.).
