The Convention Center is a place that hosts a variety of events, meetings, and other activities. It first appeared in Operation: Z.E.R.O. as a meeting place for the villains, most notable in the 'recommissioning' of Grandfather. The Convention Center doesn't seem to be used much by the villains; this is most likely because it is revealed in Operation: M.O.V.I.E. that villains use adult-only movies as a place for them to discuss their plans.
The venue also made its second and third appearances in Operation: S.C.I.E.N.C.E. and Operation: A.M.I.S.H., where the Kids Next Door hosted a 2x4 Technology Convention there. The 2x4 Technology Officers from all KND sectors competed against each other to win the Chocolate Wrench Award by inventing the best 2x4 technology.
