Chuck is a kid who often hangs out at Lime Ricky's Bar. He is acquainted with Numbuh 2, who's also a regular at the soda bar.
Biography[]
Chuck greeted Numbuh 2 as the operative entered Lime Ricky's Bar after delivering a new shipment of soda. Only a minute after, Mr. Fizz and his Soda Control Board raided the bar and captured all the kids inside. He and all the other kids were later bottled in Mr. Fizz's big bottling plant, but was set free after Numbuh 2 defeated the big soda boss (Operation: P.O.P.).
