According to Maurice (Numbuh 9), Chickenpox Island is a hangout for Teen Ninjas as well as the source of the Chickenpox virus. The island is located in the middle of an unknown ocean.
The island contains sand, and mountains with nests in top. With the Teen Ninjas arrival, was built a chicken-shaped base and inside of same contains chicken coops with chickens that was source of Teens' Pox.
Chickenpox Island was destroyed as a result of Maurice keeping his promise for the past three years and remaining loyal to his fellow KND operatives especially Numbuh 5.
