Captain James P. "Jimmy" Dirt was encountered by Tommy Gilligan after he was sucked down the drain of his bathtub.
Appearance[]
He has tan skin, big lips, a five o'clock shadow around his face, stubble around his face and chin, grey eyebrows and two-toned grey hair. He also has hair growing on his legs and on the tops of his feet. He wears a dirty red bathrobe with patch marks and noticeable stains, a white collar, and a yellow badge on his chest. He also wears a yellow belt and two yellow long handle body brushes on his shoulders acting as pauldrons, a dark yellow sponge hat, and one pair of big grey fluffy slippers.
History[]
He was apparently a child who refused to take a bath and has been running from his mother, Mrs. Dirt, for thirty-six years. Now a grown man, Captain Dirt acts as the captain of the S.S. Stinkypants, leading a crew of lazy and filthy children.
After Captain Jimmy and his crew rescued Tommy and brought him onto the ship, the two of them became friends and subsequently fought together against Moby Duck, Captain Dirt's arch-nemesis who had followed him since he fell into the bathtub.
After trying and failing to capture the giant duck, Captain Dirt, his crew, and Tommy discovered, to their shock, that Moby Duck was actually a giant robot piloted by Mrs. Dirt, who had chased him all the way out here just to force him to take a bath. Captain Dirt was forcibly taken by Moby Duck. Tommy tried to rescue him but once his robe was lifted off, the Filthy Crew broke out in laughter, allowing Moby Duck to drag Captain Dirt down the whirlpool.
