The Cafe employee was seen in Operation F.L.U.S.H., and is similar in costume to the Bag-Headed Cashier from "Operation: C.A.N.Y.O.N." and "Operation: M.U.N.C.H.I.E.S.", though there is likely no connection. His clothes are regular street clothes, with an apron on top, but he wears a giant coffee mug on his head, either as a uniform, or a mask.
