The Cadets Next Door Operatives are a group of six Kids Next Door Operatives that were introduced in Operation: G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S. They usually appear as background characters in various episodes, usually in Season 5.
History[]
The cadets next door were recruited and trained at the Kids Next Door Arctic Base, presumably around the same time as Tommy, Sonia and Lee. After having their DNA inserted into the C.O.D.E.-M.O.D.U.L.E. and choosing their codenames, they joined the rest of the KND for the Graduation Afterparty, where they engaged with older operatives and each other. Right after the ceremony, Numbuh 88 reported of Father's new Animalization Ray to Moonbase, prompting Numbuh 362 to call all operatives to their battle stations. They were presumably animalized during the first attack, until Numbuh T defeated Father, and broke the Animalization Ray, turning them back to normal.
In Operation: C.A.K.E.D. F.I.V.E., they visited the Alamode Ruins, presumably to help with the search for the ACTWLUTH's cake recipe. They were witnesses to the discovery of Numbuh 19th Century, as well as Numbuh 86 punching the lights out of him before taking him to be decommissioned.
In Operation: I.T., a cadet girl warns Numbuh 362 about Sector B being attacked by Angry History Teachers. A cadet boy then informs her about the Cotton Candy machines being filled with ants. When Numbuh 362 finally reaches her breaking point, she orders every KND operative to meet in the KND Convention Center for a sooper-secret meeting at 0500 (5 o'clock).
They later attended the global meeting at the Kids Next Door Super Convention Center and ran away when the game of tag was initiated. Three of the cadets also piled onto Numbuh 13 in a frantic attempt to prevent him from being Supreme Leader. Only one of the cadets is seemingly present at Father's Convention Center meeting, to which she seemed pleased with his plan to eradicate all broccoli, unaware of Father's true intentions.
In Operation: Z.E.R.O., half of the cadets visited the Kids Next Door Seriously Cool Museum of Artifacts and Stuff, being placed in Tour Group Sector F with Sonia, Lee, and Harvey (The other three cadets were also roaming the museum). As Numbuh 101 leads the group through the museum, they wince in fear in the Gallery of Supervillainy, and react with disgust when they learn the statues were made of Numbuh 191's earwax. They reach the KNDNA Tracker, of which Numbuh 363 questions and mistakes it for a calculator along with another cadet. Shortly after Numbuh 101 interrupts and corrects them, the adults launch their attack. and Tour Group Sector F go to action. All of the cadets end up fighting against the adults, until they flee as Sector V deal with the rest of the villains.
One of the cadets is also seen panicking on Moonbase when Numbuh 1 video calls Numbuh 362 as they're being attacked by Stickybeard, Robin Food, the Dodgeball Wizard and their henchmen. All of them are seen at the end of the movie, most notably the round cadet boy, who runs out of the S.C.A.M.P.E.R. right next to Sector F and a Canadian KND member. This is the last time they appear in the series.

There are 6 Cadets Next Door Graduates seen in the series (not counting Numbuh 83, Numbuh 84, Numbuh T, and the Gallagher Elementary cameos).
Graduate Girl 1[]
This CND Cadet is a dark-skinned African American girl with black hair in three pigtails; she is also the same size as Numbuh 363. She usually has a friendly demeanor, though she can get nervous at times. She is unique to the other cadets, as she has two different outfits seen throughout the show.
Her "GRADUATION" outfit consists of an orange shirt with a yellow collar, yellow shorts, and green mary-janes with orange socks. She wears gold earrings, and her hair is tied into three pigtails with green, red and orange hair beads holding them up.
Her "ZERO" outfit consists of a green hoodie with a yellow skirt held together with a large belt. She now wears green shoes with large black soles, and orange tube socks. Her hair is mostly the same, except that her hair beads are now all orange.
She is also one of two Cadets who speaks, being voiced by Grey Griffin in Operation: I.T..

Trivia[]
- The CND Graduates were likely to make an appearance in Operation: T.R.E.E.S., as Numbuh 362 would've read the episode's main story to cadets, though this has yet to been confirmed.
- The CND Graduates are likely around the same age as Tommy and Harvey (7 years old), if not slightly older/younger.
- Sector W is often seen interacting with the graduates, most notably in Operations I.T. and Z.E.R.O..
- They seemingly look up to Numbuh 1, as seen by their reaction to his sudden arrival during their tour group session.
- One of the Decommissioning Agents can be seen annoying one of the graduates in Operation: I.T., during the scene where Numbuh 4 rushes to get to the bathroom.
