The Butt Buster Referee is the official referee at the Butt Buster Playground Tournament. Only he may officially measure the cracks created by the contestants.
Biography[]
The referee measured the cracks created in the pavement by all contestants at the Butt Buster Tournament, before loudly announcing them to the audience. Before each attempt, he readies the swing for the contestant and makes sure it is in proper condition. He measured the crack made by Numbuh 4 to be 402 "micro-millimeters". He later gave out the grand trophy to the blond girl, and medals to Anthony Davis and Eggbert Eggleston, just before the Safety Bots attacked. After Numbuh 4 and Joey Beetles tricked the Master Safety Bot into malfunctioning and sent them shooting down back to Earth, the referee measured the crater made by Numbuh 4 to be eleventy billion inches (Operation: S.A.F.E.T.Y.).
