Bully Island is an island featured in "Operation: B.U.L.L.I.E.S.", where it seems that Jerry Rassic lives there with his sister Liza and all the bullies he's ever created. Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 4 came here to help Jerry rescue Liza from Jerry's bullies, only to discover that the "rescue" was merely a set-up so that Jerry could get revenge on Numbuh 4 for giving Jerry that wedgie in the first grade.
Bullies that's on Bully Island are parodies of dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures include: Wedgiesaurus Rex (pun on the wedgie and Tyrannosaurus Rex) and Wet Willy Mammoth (pun on the wet willy torture and the Woolly Mammoth).
