Brad is one of Cree Lincoln's classmates at the high school, whom she had a crush on. She sneaked out of her house one night to deliver a secret note to Julie, which read; "Dear Julie, isn't Brad from homeroom cute!?!?!". However, she was ambushed by Sector V and lost the note in the scuffle. Numbuh 3 then described Brad to have "like, eleventy billion pimples" and deemed Cree's taste to be bad (Operation: M.E.S.S.A.G.E.).
