Bozo Baggypants was a clown working at the Circus and member of the Clownarelli Family.
Biography[]
Bozo Baggypants and Frankie Flatfoot joined Tony Clownarelli in infiltrating Gallagher Elementary School in order to put an end to Numbuh 2's jokes. As the clown mafia, they were in charge of the funny business around and did not want anyone else taking part of it. After catching Numbuh 2 joking a second time, Tony Clownarelli sent Bozo and Frankie to take him out back and cover him with rhubarb pie. Bozo and Frankie continued to hit Numbuh 2 with rhubarb pies whenever he cracked a joke, until the clowns finally had enough and brought Numbuh 2 before Bonko, the Clownfather. The entire Clownarelli Family chased after Numbuh 2 into the circus tent and cornered him in the ring, but Bonko ordered them to stop when he reunited with his former partner, Dr. Lincoln. They were invited by Dr. Lincoln to come work at Memorial Hospital, which they all accepted and quit the clown business (Operation: C.L.O.W.N.).
