The Black Haired Teen with Blue Cap is a teenager who works at Rainbow Monkey Happy Sugar Land.
Biography[]
The Black Haired Teen with Blue Cap makes his first appearance in Operation: P.O.I.N.T., he was seen talking to another teen about him and his girlfriend, Meg going up to the point. He saw Numbuh 1 and Numbuh 3 spying on them and scared them away.
He also makes a cameo in Operation: M.A.U.R.I.C.E., he was sitting on steps in front of a building with a few other teens and they all gave Numbuh 5 a glare except for Teenage Spy, who winked at her, revealing her status as a TND Spy.
The Black Haired Teen also makes a cameo in Operation: P.A.R.T.Y., he was seen in the background a few times and ran out the Delightful Mansion From Down The Lane along with all the other teenagers before the mashed potatoes in the sprinkler system exploded.
He makes a brief appearance in Operation: P.L.A.N.E.T., he got angry at the Rainbow Monkey Animatronic and kicked it, he tells Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 4 that the park is closing, and misgenders Numbuh 4 as he opens up his mouth to say something, but then he walks off murmuring to himself.
