The B.O.N.G.O.S.K.O.P.E. are binoculars built from bongo drums, tin cans and baseball bat grips. They provide night vision and a self-timed drum mode.

"The B.O.N.G.O.S.K.O.P.E. was first used by KND Special Ops in the raid on the Gallagher Elementary Detainment Center. Four of our operatives were in permanent detention, and the only prayer we had of rescuing them was to go in after dark. B.O.N.G.O.S.K.O.P.E.s provided excellent night vision and magnification for the lookouts. Plus they could be set to a timer-activated drum mode if we needed a distraction that was nice and loud." -Numbuh 2 in the 2x4 Technology Handbook
